Dave represented me in a condo rental process as my broker. He made an intimidating process simple, straightforward, and easy. I don’t have a traditional rental history, so I asked him for his professional opinion. He was very straight forward with me, and then gave me some extremely valuable advice on how to increase my chances of getting through the application process. Needless to say, IT WORKED, and I am now living is said condo! Dave is a true professional. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, and he also made himself available for all of my questions (and I had a lot because I’m a first time renter). Dave is also extremely knowledgeable, and really goes above and beyond to make sure you are kept in the loop in a timely manner.
